He brings extensive real-world construction experience, having grown up building houses alongside his father from the ground up—seeing projects through every stage from foundation to completion.
He is also a U.S. Navy Seabee Veteran with eight years of Naval Construction Service, where he developed strong leadership, discipline, and operational management skills. Throughout his military and construction career, Kyle has built and managed crews, coordinated complex projects, and maintained high standards under demanding conditions.
At Elevate Deck and Fence, Kyle ensures that every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship in the field.

That foundation led him into a career helping homeowners design and execute high-quality exterior projects with a focus on clarity, trust, and client experience. In addition to his work at Elevate Deck and Fence, Nathanael is also a real estate investor, actively renovating rental properties and strengthening his understanding of construction from both the builder and property owner perspective.
As CEO, he leads the company’s vision and client experience, ensuring every project is designed and delivered with structural integrity, long-term value, and elevated design standards.
